Peter was the Founding Partner of leading Hong Kong firm, Kwan Wong Tan & Fong which merged with Deloitte in 1997. Peter was also Founding Director of the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission, President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, commission member of the Strategic Development and the Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council, and a former member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council.

Founder of RepuTex in 1999, current Chief Executive Officer Mrs. Laurel Grossman has pioneered the development of environmental markets across Asia-Pacific, having played a major role in state level policy development in Victoria (Australia) and China. Laurel was a member of the State Executive in Victoria and a visiting Research Fellow at RMIT University, Melbourne. Across Asia-Pacific Laurel has been a member of the Canberra based Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet) for regulation and governance, in China Laurel is an Advisor to the prestigious Fudan University in Shanghai working to establish Governance and environmental markets frameworks and risk models for mainland China.

Director, Mr. Sat Pal Khattar
RepuTex Director, Mr. Sat Pal Khattar is a highly esteemed Asian business leader. Founder of the prestigious Singapore law firm Khattar Wong & Partners, Mr. Khattar is an active proponent of bilateral trade and investments between Singapore and India. Mr Khattar is Chairman of Network India and Co-chairman of the Singapore-India Partnership Foundation, Chairman of Guocoland Limited, Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation, Chairman of the Raffles Institution Board of Governors, Director of Haw Par Corporation and Member of the Securities Industry Council.

Mr. Khattar has been honoured on a number of occasions at the May Day Awards in 1979, 1987, 1994 and 2001. In 2002, he was also conferred the Overseas Indian Award by the Priyadarshni Academy. In 2011 Sat Pal Khattar received the highly prestigious Padma Shri.
