Executive Director of RepuTex, Hugh Grossman has over 10 years experience in global environmental markets and related market development, strategy and trading advisory. At RepuTex Hugh has led the development of the company’s research models and analytics data sets, he currently oversees the company’s global operations including research, strategy and business development functions. Hugh has worked across a range of sectors (power, metals, mining and government) across Asia and Australia and has worked extensively within the financials industry for the integration and structuring of carbon risk into portfolio, credit and transaction services. Hugh has a Law (Hons.) background specialising in commercial law and environmental markets.

Bret is Associate Director of Research at RepuTex, leading the company’s power and energy markets modelling team. Bret has a background in energy analysis and markets with Black & Veatch, along with Booz Allen Hamilton, specialising in renewable energy cost paths, supply curves and competitive market analysis. Bret has B.S. in Environmental Engineering and a M.S. in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.

RepuTex Director of ESG Research, Martha Grossman has 12 years experience in environmental and sustainability markets across Asia, with a specific focus on Australia, China, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Martha leads RepuTex’s Asia Pacific research function, overseeing the company’s Asian operations and advisory activities, media, conference presentations and marketing. She brings a wealth of knowledge and direct experience of the Chinese market and a specific understanding of governance and sustainability related risks relevant to Asia.  Martha has a Bachelor of Law/B.A (Hons.) specialising in Asian commercial law. She speaks Indonesian and Chinese languages.
