Executive Director of RepuTex, Hugh Grossman has over 10 years experience in global environmental markets and related market development, strategy and trading advisory. At RepuTex Hugh has led the development of the company’s research models and analytics data sets, he currently oversees the company’s global operations including research, strategy and business development functions. Hugh has worked across a range of sectors (power, metals, mining and government) across Asia and Australia and has worked extensively within the financials industry for the integration and structuring of carbon risk into portfolio, credit and transaction services. Hugh has a Law (Hons.) background specialising in commercial law and environmental markets.

Associate Director, Carbon Research, Mr. Prayank Katiyar leads RepuTex’s carbon research and development, along with the company’s Advisory activity in the Australian market. Prayank has extensive experience in global energy markets, with a background in commodities research at Westpac Bank, along with a Trading and Energy Risk Management role at Origin Energy. Prayank has strong capital markets experience, working with Standard & Poor’s within their Financials Rating team. Prayank has a Masters in Business Administration (Finance).

RepuTex Director ESG Research, Martha Grossman has 12 years experience in environmental and sustainability markets across Asia, with a specific focus on Australia, China and Hong Kong. Martha leads RepuTex’s regional research, marketing and sales functions in Australia, China and Hong Kong, overseeing the company’s Asia sales and advisory activities, with a specific focus on Steel, Energy Power and Financials (Exchanges) industries, along with Government bodies such as the World Bank, and municipal Governments in Shenzhen and Shanghai. Martha has a Bachelor of Law and B.A (Hons.) specialising in Asian commercial law. She speaks Indonesian and Chinese languages.
