On August 25, the Clean Energy Regulator published the first data on permanent exit arrangements for Fixed Delivery Carbon Abatement Contracts (CACs), providing new visibility over contracted ACCU volumes, deliveries and exits. Initial data aligns with RepuTex modelling, with early exits beginning to withdraw supply from the market, while significant uncertainty remains around under-performing contracts.
