UPDATE: Easing supply pressure sees prices steady as FY25/26 NGER reporting deadline comes into focus

Total traded volumes across the Australian exchange-traded and OTC carbon markets recovered last week, with easing supply-side pressure leaving prices broadly unchanged on the week. While trading fell over September (2.6M), spot liquidity strengthened to a 10-month high, reflecting a broader recovery in reported activity over Q3 – with quarterly volumes reaching a year-to-date high.
